My Xpertdoc has been deprecated and all your contents were moved to our support helpdesk’s Knowledge base (https://support.experlogix.com).
My Xpertdoc was segmented into 4 categories, Products, Documentation, Licenses (only for Template Designer 11) and Other (for any other content), each accessible by clicking on a tab:
Note that the number of displayed tabs (categories) may vary depending on the products you have acquired.
Note also that My Xpertdoc’s repository was only for the Experlogix Document Automation product line (formerly known as Xpertdoc).
To reach your contents, you need to be logged in to our clients support portal: https://support.experlogix.com. If you were registered with the old Xpertdoc client portal but cannot login, try clicking on Forgot your password? and if you are already registered, you will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.
Note: If you still cannot access, send an email to support@experlogix.com with the subject “Request to access the Experlogix Client Portal” and one of our agents will help you out.
Once you are logged in, simply select one of the following categories’ links to reach the desired content:
Registered users can also add these links to their browsers’ favorites, for future access or simply log in to our support helpdesk, select Knowledge base in the page’s heading and then, find the category of content you are looking for (same names as the links). Example for the Document Automation Products’ category:
